Derek is the chairman of CBC and also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of I-OnAsia, Derek has more than two decades of experience as a leader in intelligence gathering and analysis, anti-counterfeiting and sensitive operations, with a specialty in the Asia Pacific region.
Derek's team at I-OnAsia consists of award winning investigators, highly regarded certified fraud examiners and computer and mobile phone forensic experts.
The team that has completed over 17,000 assignments to date, I-OnAsia after twenty years is now a well-recognized global brand.

Oliver Laurence

Oliver Laurence has over 15 years’ experience in global intelligence and investigations and has supervised many assignments that have successfully gathered evidence and intelligence in support of leveraged discussions that resolved multi-million and multi-billion-dollar (geo)politically important crises.
In 2019 he was awarded the British Investigator of the Year award after securing the release of an Australian national being held on death row for drugs charges in Singapore. Clients include royal and elite global families and the world’s largest multinationals (including major financial institutions).
Oliver is an Australian qualified Justice of the Peace, a Certified Mobile Phone Forensic Examiner and Analyst and holds a number of investigative and intelligence qualifications.

Jonathan Midgley is a problem solver. He is a senior partner at Haldanes in Hong Kong, and has over his 40 year career gained the reputation for being able to fix even the most difficult problems for either individuals or corporations.
Jonathan's license to practice has extended far wider than just Hong Kong, with accreditations in Victoria, Australia, New York and England & Wales.
Jonathan is one of the small number of Hong Kong solicitors in the criminal jurisdiction to have been made a Solicitor Advocate. He also holds the same title in England and Wales.
Jonathan is also a qualified mediator .
